1. The machine shuts down automatically after being turned on.
Answer: The machine has no power, please charge it. After connecting it with a common Type-C cable, the machine will turn on automatically. At this point, please press and hold the power button to shut it down. Keep the power connected to charge the machine until the charging indicator light goes off, which means it is fully charged.
To ensure the safety during transportation, factories often do not fully charge the battery during production, only a small amount of power is present. Since the camera is small, the built-in lithium battery is also small, so it is normal for the camera to be in a low battery state when you first receive it.
2. The machine shows that the card is full and cannot continue taking pictures?
Answer: There are two solutions: 1. If the card has no data, please format it with the machine to make it compatible; 2. If the card has data, remove the data (delete it or transfer it to a computer) and then format the card with the machine.
3. I took one video and then can't shoot anymore.
Answer: The card included with the machine is only 256MB. This small card is mainly for taking photos, and recording videos requires a larger card. Consumers can purchase a larger card themselves to shoot videos.
4. I don’t know how to charge it.
Answer: After connecting the machine with a common Type-C cable, it will turn on automatically. At this point, press and hold the power button to shut it down. Keep the power connected to charge until the charging indicator light goes off, which means it is fully charged.
5. I think the current 256MB card is too small and want to buy a card myself. What type of card should I buy to be compatible with the machine?
Answer: The machine supports cards under 128GB, and the speed cannot be lower than Class 8. On the front of the card, there is a printed uppercase C with a number inside, which indicates the card’s speed class. Make sure to choose cards that are Class 8 or above to ensure smooth use.
6. Camera frozen, buttons unresponsive.
Answer: Use a paperclip (or a SIM eject pin) to press the reset hole on top (you will feel a click), then restart the machine. Or replace the TF card; it is recommended to use a quality TF card, as full memory can cause freezing.
7. Screen is scrambled, with stripes or color blocks.
Answer: Restart first; if the problem persists, it is a hardware issue. Please contact customer service for inspection.
8. Cannot detect the memory card.
Answer: Turn off the machine, reinsert the TF card, and format the storage card in the camera; it is recommended to use a high-speed, genuine memory card.
9. Recording interrupted or video lost.
Answer: Check storage space, format the memory card regularly, and do not use low-speed expansion cards.
10. Photos are blurry or hazy.
Answer: Clean the lens.
11. Flash doesn’t work.
Answer: Make sure the flash is turned on in the menu; the flash will automatically turn off when the battery is low.
12. Device keeps restarting automatically.
Answer: Ensure sufficient battery and avoid using it in high-temperature environments for long periods. Change the memory card.
